Nebaj Ixil New Testament Dedicated Tuesday, August 12, 2008
The language that speaks to my heart!  
 First grader Miguel bought himself an Ixil New Testament. Every day he brings it to school in his backpack and reads it. He says, "This is the same language we speak at home! I can understand this!"

"My dream for the future," says Carlos, the school principal, "is that every child will have his own copy of the New Testament in his heart language, Ixil."
Please join with me in praying that Carlos’ dream for the children of Light & Life School

Independance Day in Salquil

Salquil celebrated its parade on Thursday, Sept 13. 
The real date is Sept 15th, but everyone goes to Nebaj to see the GRAND parade on the exact date.
